Georgia Bill Introduced to Parole Non-citizen Detainees into ICE custody before the completion of their criminal sentences

The link to the bill below has been introduced in the Georgia General Assembly today. It deals with paroling non citizen detainees into ICE custody before the completion of their criminal sentences ("parole conditioned on deportation"), is the basic phrase. It seems to grant the Parole Board the power to determine whether a detainee is deportable/ eligible for this sort of parole. This is similar to measures that have been raised in other states.
